Audio Examples
Listen to examples of how we use Resonyx to hear different sounds in our applications.
Barring in mines
Barring procedures in mines is a risky activity for the workers. With Resonyx, we can hear the difference between a solid or loose rock and provide realtime feedback to increase the safety.
Solid rock
The sound of a solid rock, unlikely to fall down from current position.
Loose rock
The sound of a loose rock, potentially dangerous for workers.
Tap Changers
Tap changers are essential for voltage regulation in transformers used in electrical infrastructure. Resonyx can be used to monitor their condition by analysing sound patterns during switching operations.
Tap Changer Event
The sound of a tap changer event, could be used for condition-based monitoring.
Door Slamming
Other typical and not relevant sounds, like slamming doors may occur at a facility.
Anomaly Detection
Detecting anomalies in components requires large amounts of audio data. The Resonyx technology can be used to learn normal states, providing the users with early warnings in case an anomaly is detected.
Normal State
Equipment can have several different sounds ,based on the operating state.
Noise Filter
Non-relevant background noises should not be detected as anomalies.
Relay sequence
For industrial processes, Resonyx can be used to detect errors in sequences. For this example, we use Resonyx to detect and notify if a relay in a sequence is broken and needs to be replaced.
Sequence OK
The sound of a relay sequence without any issues.
Relay Error
In the sequence, there are issues with a relay that could reduce the process quality.
